Salad bowl was delicious, and the to-go service was great.

The last few times I have been here I have had nothing but problems. 1 time they were out of guacamole in the middle of the day, another time the rice was crunchy, and the last straw was when I was disrespected by the staff. I submitted feedback through the survey and never heard a word from anyone.

Very VERY disorganized. Literally no one knew what they were doing. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my order and I was first in line. One person was upfront. No one at the cash register. This location is very poorly run. The atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming either. Will not be coming back here. The one In Deptford is great.

Consistently almost half the size of the pre-corona bowls of just 4 months ago. Switching to Qdoba!

Ordered out for the family. Thought we would help the local businesses by ordering out tonight. Not realBothered by the 50 mins past expected arrival time. What bothered me is that the portions were almost HALF of what we get at the store if we were there In person FOR THE SAME PRICE. Why are the portions wayyyyyy smaller. Kids were upset. Not ordering at this store any time soon.

I had the burrito bowl and it was delicious! Very fresh food and very clean restaurant.

Asked for Barbacoa burrito, was told it would be 5 minutes and asked to wait to the side. After waiting 15 minutes because the kid cooking wanted to complain instead of cooking the meat, watching the girl up front who asked me to wait to the side for "5 minutes" serve her friends who cut in front of the other people in line and obviously me as well, AND watching the staff up front continue to yell to the back that they were running out of sides, (i.e. lettuce, tomatoes, guac, etc.) I finally had enough and left without a word. Not sure if there is better time to try this location, but approx. 615-630pm on a Friday night isn't it.

Chipotle in general, is not what it once was. Staff is not always friendly. It doesn't seem like there is enough food prepared, even when it's slow.

I literally been coming to this chipotle almost everyday for a month straight lol, best chipotle I’ve been to, there cleanlyness is a 10, kindness and service is a ten. We had two mistakes before but the crew totally made it up to us. Lillian the manger went out of her way to make it up for us and we appreciate it. I’ve been to so many Chipotle’s and walked out of a few from the dirtyness and dry old food, this location is by far our go to! Keep up the good work chipotle!

Food is always accurate and delicious. Staff is very nice.

Says online they’re open till 10 pm but don’t count on any last minute food since they close up early around 9:30 every single night. I don’t like driving out of my way to not be served during open hours.

Today was horrible. I ordered thru my app. Husband went to get order. The girl at counter was so rude. You aren't aloud to touch everyone's bad right now which I understand but she just stood there saying is this anyone's bag. My husband said no but mine is that one sitting there. The girl went over picked up bag then threw it on the counter at my husband. Not have a nice day nothing. I understand people are upset with everything right now. Maybe she's mad she has to work. Guess what I'm mad that I have to stay home! So if your not happy go home!!!! You don't need to be rude at this time in life. Btw the food was cold and not right. Please just close of your not going to do you job right and treat people right!!!! No one likes what is happening in the world but your rudeness doesn't help and this is why the world is messed up.

It used to be much better. The meat that i got for limit time only had a lot of fat on it. I also asked for lettuce for my last topping and they barely put any on.

I literally could have gotten more quantity at Taco Bell for less... this store is the worst one yet! Rather go the extra miles for the one in Moorestown...

Horrible service. They’re slow, forgetful and never on time with online orders. They’re consistently not making online orders on time when they come in because employees are not properly trained to be conscious of orders coming in. They are consistently late even when there is slow foot traffic for in person orders.

Delish. You can never go wrong with a chipotle bowl. The food is delicious and the price is right. There is no extra cost for toppings, and extra rice and beans.

Doordash jacks up the price so don't order thru them unless you have to but the food is good.

I've always been a big fan of Chipotle but this location forgot 2/3 of my order. They didn't include the cheese, lettuce, guac, corn, cream cheese, or tomatoes. First time ordering from this Cherry Hill location and i'm very disappointed. Will not be returning.

I don't know how but their food always tastes so fresh. It's like they have a magical hidden garden. The only reason it's not five stars. Is because I've had soo many issues ordering in their app.

Love Chipotle. It's a guilty pleasure for sure. Generous helpings. Clean restaurant. Friendly service. Even when they are busy, they always keep that line moving. Nice outdoor seating.

Fast, fresh, delicious, and clean. I haven't been since the wide spread of people getting sick incident but have to say, I remembered immediately why Chipotle was the best fast food restaurant in the nation. Everything tasted fresh, service was fast, and prices were low. Casual fast food. Chipotle is the best.

Chipotle has always been great, except this time around. The brown rice was not cooked all the way and it was crunchy. And the young lady that made my bowl used a marker to write with on the person's who purchased a bowl before me, and never changed her gloves after that she just wiped her hand with her apron and proceeded to make my bowl adding the cheese with the same hand that she used for the marker.

A very busy location right on Haddonfield Road, so I would try to avoid during lunch and near closing. But sometimes you have to get your burrito/taco fix! I totally understand. Generally, the process to order and pay are really quick. The only times you would be in line for sometime is likely to be around lunch, dinner, and towards closing. Otherwise, it's great.

Awesome Chipotle. The line moves lightning fast. Everything else is what you would expect from Chipotle.

Service quality definitely went down the past few months. The line service is slow, and it doesn't seem like management is doing any "managing" at all. Being "friendly" is all they got.

Came to this Chipotle and I was excited because there was no line. We asked for 2 burritos, one with brown rice and one with white rice. We had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the rice to be made since they ran out. Once the rice was made they gave both of us white rice that ended up being undercooked. The server and another worker were actively arguing while we were trying to order our food. They had to rewrap both of our burritos. When they rewrapped mine, they took out half of the burrito and threw it away. I am not going back to this Chipotle, at least until the staff is better prepared and more professional.

Line can be long during dinner time throughout the week. Order ahead so you can pick up and roll out.

I love the Cherry Hill Chipotle staff. The food I'd ls always perfect!! They are kind and generous with the portion sizes. I always ask to have my burrito toasted and I've never been disappointed!

Best ran Chipotle in south jersey, and they aren't stingy with servings. Always makes you feel welcomed and no one behind the counter has an attidue ever like the one in Voorhees.

My food was set to be picked up at 2:00, I went in there and had to ask someone if they could make it. And then after that I still waited another 5 mins before someone decided to make it. And on top of that I did not get my food till 15 mins later. Not once did someone tell me there was a wait. And for the extra time I did wait I couldn’t even get extra steak for the 15 mins I had to wait after my food was supposed to be done at 2:00.

Was busy, but the staff handled the rush well and they were all very professional. The food was really good as well. This was only my second time eating at chipotle I dont think I would eat a burrito for dinner, but highly recommended for lunch!

There food is awesome! Just ask for Dudley the chef and he will hook you up! Make sure you ask for Dudley the kitchen manager

Don’t buy kids meals here, regular meals are delicious can’t say more!

2 times now I’ve placed an order via their virtual phone assistant and when I call the restaurant they say “oh yeah we don’t recommend using the phone. We didn’t get your order.” It’s not up to me to determine which method of placing my order there is recommended or not! If you’re using this virtual phone assistant to place orders then make sure it freaking works! Lost me as a customer- pancheros it is!

I regularly stop grabbing some food in here. I liked the quick customer service and well cooked dishes. Keep up the good work.
